Terms of Service

By purchasing a commission, you confirm that you have read and agreed to these Terms of Service.
I reserve the right to cancel an order if the commissioner violates these terms.

†Terms of service†

Payment & Deadlines-Payment is processed via Hipolink or Lava.top.
-No strict deadlines are accepted. However, you may pay a surcharge to prioritize your commission or request completion by a specific date.
-Completion time varies (days to weeks). While I strive to meet estimated timelines, unexpected delays (due to health, technical issues, or personal circumstances) may occur. I will notify you proactively if your commission is affected.
-Complex additions (e.g., detailed backgrounds, extra characters) will be quoted separately. Changes to the initial description after approval may incur feesCommission RefusalI may decline a commission if:
-I feel unable to execute the request properly.
-The character/theme does not align with my preferences.Don’t hesitate to ask for clarification before ordering! (￣▽￣*)ゞ-If a commissioner becomes unresponsive for 3 weeks without prior notice, the commission may be canceled without refund, and the artwork retained/reused at my discretion.Usage & Posting Rights-I retain the right to publish the finished work on my page or other platforms.
-You may post and use the artwork of your character, provided you credit me with a link to my page.Content RestrictionsI do not draw:
-Pregnant or underage characters in erotic content.
-Hyper-exaggerated genitalia.
-Extreme fetishes.Unsure if your request fits? Message me privately to confirm.Refunds-Due to technical limitations, refunds are not available at this time.

†Process†

Artistic Interpretation-I may adjust colors, markings, or minor details to enhance the artwork’s composition.The character will remain recognizable, and key features (e.g., specific patterns) will be preserved.Revisions & Approvals-You will receive a sketch for approval before finalizing the artwork. Minor changes are free at this stage.
-Minor adjustments are complimentary for any important details that were provided in your original reference but accidentally overlooked (such as markings or key accessories)..Rejected Sketches-If a sketch is rejected and requires a full redraw, I may retain, modify, or repurpose the unused sketch.Final Delivery & Edits-You will receive a high-resolution file upon completion.
-Post-completion edits or additions cost $5 per minor change.

†Important notes†

  • I retain copyright to the artwork. You may not edit, trace, or claim it as your own creation. Credit is mandatory when reposting.

  • Unpaid sketches/WIPs may be used for my portfolio or promotional purposes. If you require full privacy (e.g., gift art), please discuss this before payment.

  • By commissioning NSFW artwork, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction.

  • Standard commissions are for personal use only. For commercial licenses (merch, logos, etc.), additional fees apply. Contact me beforehand to discuss terms.

  • Please provide all references and notes upfront. Scattered messages may lead to misunderstandings. For major changes after approval, a revision fee may apply.

  • I work strictly in order of the queue. Your patience is appreciated!

  • By commissioning me, you certify that you have the right to request artwork of this character/concept (e.g., it’s your OC, or you have the owner’s permission)

  • English is not my first language—please avoid slang or overly complex phrasing.
