Deadlines are not accepted (you can use a surcharge to ensure that your work is completed by a certain deadline/raised up in the queue).

I can refuse the Commission if it seems to me that I am not able to do the job or I just do not like the idea/character/theme, please don't be afraid to ask me some information. (￣▽￣*)ゞ

I reserve the right to decide whether to post my work with your character on my page or on another resource.

You can post and use any images with your character created by me, but with the condition of leaving a link to my page.

I do not draw: pregnant or underage characters in erotic works, hyper-large genitals, strong fetishes (If you are not sure about your topic, do not be afraid to clarify with me in private messages)

Due to technical limitations, no refunds are possible at this time.

I reserve the right to interpret your character in my own style. This includes things like tweaking colors a bit and possibly adjusting markings to achieve a better view of the image. In no case will I change things so much that the character is unrecognizable, and I will keep specifics like a certain number of spots or stripes the same.

You will always get a Sketch to approve your Commission before I finish your picture. After sketch will be finished you can ask for minor changes.

I accept changes based on things that I have forgotten or missed, like markings or essential accessories. This comes at no extra fee as long as that information was included in the original reference sheet or description.

If the initial sketch was rejected for some reason, and the complete redraw was necessary, I reserve the right to keep the rejected sketch\pose, modify and use it in any way I see fit.

When commission will finished,you will receive a High-Resolution picture

Also possible corrections or additions to the picture after finished work - $5 per mini change.

Depending upon my schedule, health, workload and the complexity of the commission, turnaround may range from a few days to a few weeks.

I do not know English well, please do not use slang.
